What is the Unlimited Wash Club?
A monthly membership that lets you wash your car or truck once a day, every day we’re open, at any Fast Trak location. It pays for itself in just over two washes a month.
How often can I wash?
Once every day our locations are open.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Cancel any time — no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
When am I billed?
Your card is billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date, so there’s never a lapse in service.
Does each vehicle need its own membership?
Yes. Each enrolled vehicle gets its own windshield RFID sticker. Ask about the Family Plan to save on additional cars.
What if I sell my car?
Submit a car change request and a Fast Trak customer service rep will contact you within 48 hours to move your plan to your new vehicle.
How do I cancel?
Use the member portal or ask at any location. A representative will confirm within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days to complete.
Terms of service
- The Unlimited Wash Plan is a no-contract program, billed monthly to the card on file until cancelled online or at the place of purchase.
- For residential use only. Not valid for commercial vehicles, taxis, or rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.). Commercial vehicles may be moved to a Fleet Plan.
- The plan sticker must be installed on the driver’s-side windshield by Fast Trak personnel. Tampering with the RFID sticker ends the membership.
- Memberships may be cancelled if a monthly charge is declined.
- Monthly rates may change with at least 30 days’ notice posted at the place of purchase.
- Plan payments are non-refundable regardless of use. No monthly statements are issued.
